Beautiful building lobby

Had an amazing time with friends! We went on snorkeling trips to nearby islands and relaxed on beautiful beaches. The spacious rooms were great, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the hotel is right next to popular spots for shopping and dining, which made everything so easy.

One downside was that housekeeping didn't provide enough towels for our group. We had to ask for extras each day, which was a bit annoying.

I enjoyed my stay in a Junior Suite, which was beautiful and spacious. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help. The pool was a highlight, with its fun little bridges. The available dining options were decent, though a bit pricey for picky eaters. The nearby mall was great for quick meals.

Ask for the poolside dining menu early to avoid long waits. The setting is serene and worth the visit.

However, the common areas could use more seating. it sometimes felt crowded. On one day, housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels in my room, so I had to ask for extras. Besides that, everything else was satisfactory!

I had an amazing time at the hotel! The food was incredibly delicious, especially the breakfast spread, and the pool area was stunning with its warm water. Plus, I was surprised by a lovely birthday cake on my special day! Would absolutely return.

Great staff helped with wheelchair access, but breakfast bacon was always overcooked.
